APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Spanish law shall apply in the event of any dispute.
The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile in Spain if the user acts as a consumer. Otherwise, they submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
