Influence campaign Sonovien

Objectives:

  • Raise awareness among the public about vascular disease and focus on varicose veins. Beyond an aesthetic issue, varicose veins can lead to serious pathologies and illnesses if not treated promptly.
  • Engage the general public and all those interested in health and medical advancements with the Sonovein technology, currently the most innovative and unique technique for varicose vein removal without surgery.
  • Inform all patients suffering from varicose veins who wish to avoid surgery that there is a non-invasive extracorporeal method available to eliminate them — no operating theatre, no incisions, and no scars.

 

Activities: Various collaborations on journalist Teresa de la Cierva’s Instagram profile, who has over 30 years of experience in beauty and health journalism.

  • Conducted two LIVE sessions interviewing Professor Dr. Luis Izquierdo Lamoca, a vascular surgeon, angiology specialist, and head of service at Monteprincipe and Puerta del Sur Hospitals in Madrid.
  • In the first LIVE titled “Do you have varicose veins and are afraid to remove them due to fear of surgery?”, Teresa de la Cierva discussed vascular disease and varicose veins with Dr. Luis Izquierdo Lamoca, who explained the different types of varicose veins, how they can be eliminated, and introduced Sonovein — the most innovative treatment currently available for non-surgical varicose vein removal.
  • In the second LIVE titled “Menopause and Varicose Veins,” Teresa de la Cierva and Dr. Luis Izquierdo Lamoca debated how hormonal changes in women affect vascular health. They reviewed the appearance of varicose veins and how they can be treated with Sonovein to eliminate them without surgery or operating theatre.
  • Created a Reel to showcase Vascular Clinic Marbella (IVEI), led by Dr. Ruben Rodriguez Carvajal, where all circulatory system pathologies are treated. In the video, Teresa de la Cierva tours the clinic’s facilities and demonstrates a varicose vein procedure on a patient using Sonovein technology.
